FT for Schools: Understanding Economics

As the UK faces a pending recession, inflation rises around the world and energy prices fluctuate wildly, understanding economics has never been more relevant. Practical, up to date examples will help students perform better in their class, exams and interviews.

On 14 November, FT Schools hosted a thought-provoking digital event, led by FT senior journalists, alongside leading external experts, to decipher the world of economics. They discussed and answered questions from students and teachers on topics from globalisation and green energy to government budgets and Brexit.
